بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Draft: this policy is waiting for approval by the HAC committee.
When you create an account: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash). When you set up your family: the names, dates of birth and contact details you enter for family members. When you send a form or apply for membership: your answers. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
To run your account, connect your family, process membership, reply to your forms, and send the messages you choose (for example program reminders). We never sell your information.
Only HAC volunteers whose role needs it (for example the membership officer for membership). Adults in your family see who is in the family and its membership, but each person's donations and payments stay private to them. Every change staff make is recorded.
With our hosting providers (Supabase for the database, in the United States, and Vercel for the website), protected by encryption and access controls.
You can update your details in My account, turn optional messages off in your notification settings, and ask HAC to see, correct or delete your information.
Questions about privacy: use the Contact HAC form.
